T.J. Garahy Ltd. also fabricate ornamental gates and railings either for the customer to fit or for us to fit. We can either supply the gate with an automation kit or without. We insist that all of the gates and rails we fabricate be galvanised as a minimum. This process leaves a thin coating of zinc on all the surfaces of the steel and prevents rust. The galvanizing process leaves a shinny silver like finish on the steel, some customers prefer to have a painted finish. In these cases we recommend that the gates and railings be powder coated. This type of treatment is the best for corrosion resistance and ensures that the gates are maintenance free for the maximum period of time.
